I accept return within 7 days of delivery with approval by Mellyn's. Items must be returned in original condition with tracking on package, and will be refunded less the shipping. Buyer will be refunded when Mellyn's receives package in unused, original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

----There will be a RESTOCKING FEE for returns that originally shipped with "FREE SHIPPING". The restocking fee (actual postage paid to ship) will be deducted from the item price before the rest of the amount is refunded to you:

The knobs and finials are custom and made-to-order, so I do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,

I can't accept returns for:

---Intimate items-- Earrings, Pendants, and Necklaces (for health/hygiene reasons)

---All Knobs-agate and fused glass

---Finials

If something arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item, and package material within 2 days of receipt. Items that are custom orders are not returnable. If there is a problem with your item, please let me know and I will do what I can to solve the problem.

 

Shipping Policy

Mellyn's ships in 3-5 business days.  Custom orders will take longer.  All my items ship USPS unless you specify another shipper
